Our Motivation.....The Fans, WEEK 1
What's up YB? I've been really focused leading into the season, but I will keep you all updated from week to week! I wanted to tell everyone that this was one of my best games I have ever played! This is not because we won, but for many more reasons! One of the many reasons is WE ALL have ONE common goal! We have all bonded and we are fighting this war together! Offense and Defense are complimenting one another! Last but not least... OUR FANS, what more can I say! I will say this, it was their spirit, dedication and pride that motivated us! Our fans are rooting us on in the rain as if it was the sunniest day of the season. If you cant tell by now I love my team, coaches and all of the fans not only in Buffalo, but all around the world! Thank you and continue to support the Buffalo Bills!

Awesome win Donte. All around great game for the most part. Defense looked great!!!! Stroud is a beast in the middle and it is great to see the run defense perform so stout along with the pass defense. Offense started slow but picked it up as the game went on. Now it is time for the Jags, their fans on their forum are underestimating the Bills because we won against the seahawks. So lets show them what Bills football is all about. They think they are a smash mouth team!!!! they haven't played the bills yet this year. Stomp them in the mouth and lets shut them up.

Donte, I just want to say I loved your determination on that play vs. jacksonville when your helmet popped off and you still made the tackle. How's the eye doing?
Also, I was at the seattle game on the bills sidelines and you came over to us and pumped us all up!

I have always rocked my Bills jerseys with pride, but now I can hold my head up a little higher up here in Boston...gonna add that number 20 jersey into the mix....keep doing it Donte!!!

Great game all around to kick off the season. Looks like the team has been working hard together in the offseason. Even though our special teams stole the show, the defense really stood out. The off season additions of Stroud & Mitchell, along with the return of injury plagued players from last season really meshed together into one solid unit. Our blitz packages and different looks on defense were impressive. Looking forward to a succesful and healthy season. Peace. -
